One-Button Publishing

A powerful web application, Network Publisher allows authorized employees to publish and manage any type of file using Web-based wizards with one-button publishing. Powerful delivery management features control delivery times and dates and specify files for automatic delivery in the background using subscriptions.

File Control and Security

Network Publisher allows content publishers to target content delivery to specific users or groups by manually creating users and groups or using existing groups from Active Directory or any LDAP compatible directory.

Dynamic Network Control

With Network Manager, you can dynamically control delivery network use to maximize efficiency. The IT manager has the ability to enable or disable client and server caching or localize caching to subnets. For example, remote offices with limited bandwidth might use localized caching to minimize connections to the main office. Centralized network configuration enables administrators to control the behavior of clients and servers within the network in real-time.

Reporting

The Network Analyzer is a rich reporting and analytics tool that shows downloads as well as advanced metrics such as who has viewed which content, when, and for how long. Aggregate reports quickly show trends and patterns that enable you to improve the effectiveness of communications and media delivery.
