Todd Johnson - Chairman of the Board

Todd Johnson was CEO of Kontiki for three years to May 2008 and continues with the company as chairman of the board. During his time, he repositioned Kontiki as the leader in the legitimate P2P market segment and then later facilitated the sale of the company to VeriSign. Following the sale, Todd ran VeriSign's Broadband Content Business, which included Kontiki, as Senior Vice President. Prior to Kontiki, Todd spent three years as President of Jamcracker, after a year as Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for all marketing sales, engineering and operations functions, a driver of product strategy (SAAS platform) and responsible for development of an ODC in India to drive lower costs. During 1999 and 2000, Todd was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Backweb Technologies. This followed a role at Silicon Graphics where he finished as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. His other roles at Silicon Graphics included Vice President of Industry Marketing, Regional Sales Director and Business Development Representative. He is also a director of Multicast Media and Chairman of non-profit, Generations Together. Todd has recently accepted a role as interim CEO of Accelrys, a San Diego-based Science Software Analytics company.

Mark Koulogeorge - General Partner of MK Capital

Mark is also a General Partner of The Productivity Fund III and The Productivity Fund IV totaling over $175 million in committed capital. Mark is a General Partner of two other funds that are fully invested and represent over $170 million in committed capital. Prior to founding MK Capital, he served as a managing director of First Analysis Corporation, responsible for coordinating venture capital opportunities. Mark's areas of expertise include enterprise software, outsourcing and marketing services. As a former Executive Officer of Eagle Industries, a $1.5 billion Sam Zell company, he led the company through several merger and acquisition transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. Mark was also previously with Booz Allen & Hamilton. He is a graduate of Dartmouth and Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Kirk Wolfe - Principal with MK Capital

Since joining the firm in 2005, Kirk has leveraged his software start-up operating experience to help companies in the digital media industry. He places his investment focus on opportunities in this industry and works closely with the firm's online video infrastructure and content investments. Prior to joining MK Capital, Kirk spent considerable time in management roles for leading technology companies, including co-founding an open source software business. He also served as a field operations executive at Ariba, Inc. - a global provider of Enterprise Spend Management solutions. As an early stage Ariba employee, Kirk was responsible for establishing and growing the field operations team. Before joining Ariba, he led the construction of the first business-to-consumer online store at Motorola, Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked at Accenture serving clients in the telecommunications sector.

Eric Armstrong – President & CEO

Eric Armstrong joined Kontiki in 2002 and was appointed President in May 2008, when the business spun-out of VeriSign, Inc. At VeriSign Eric was Vice President of Sales for the Global Media & Entertainment Market. Prior to Kontiki, Eric spent most of his career at DiviCom, Inc., an industry leader in digital video networking. Eric is a digital media veteran, working as a video compression software engineer in the early 90s for TV, Video Conferencing and Digital Telephony applications. Mr. Armstrong holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
